I would recommend the Gastric Hypno Balloon method to anyone trying to lose weight. I have found it to be the best method that I have tried to date and I have tried a few. It was a pleasure to have been introduced to this method of slimming.

Proof… Finally!

Written by admin. Posted in Diets And Dieting

For years now I’ve just known something smelled fishy.  You ever have that feeling, like something just isn’t sitting right with you.

It all started years ago with a minor headache every afternoon.  Must be stress.  Nothing an aspirin couldn’t knock out.

Then I noticed a wee bit of stomach upset. I figured it was the aspirin.

Then the headaches got worse.  And I started having anxiety attacks.

By this time, I thought I was going nuts.  Every afternoon the headaches and the stomach ache and then the anxiety.

Finally, I started feeling depressed, worn out and just plain old BLAAAHHH.

And the worst part, my weight stopped dropping and started RISING.

This couldn’t be right.  I was scrutinizing my calories like a deranged accountant.

In fact, I had switched to drinking diet soda instead of regular soda for my afternoon caffeine fix.

That’s when it hit me.  I started looking into artificial sweeteners.  It was the only thing that I had changed recently.

Everywhere on the internet people were reporting similar symptoms.

I knew something must be going on…

But all the studies showed artificial sweeteners were safe (unless you ate a bathtub full everyday).

Now the studies are finally showing exactly what I feared.

This has been a phenomenal cover up.

There’s no longer any doubt about it.  Artificial sweeteners cause obesity.

A little background, quite a bit of research shows that the thought, smell, or sight of food sets off a slew of hormonal and physiologic responses in your body.

I don’t need any research to tell me when I think of chocolate cake and ice cream my mouth starts watering.

The problem is these artificial sweeteners are doing the same thing, except inside your body.  Every time you wolf down any diet food or drink, your body is getting ready for a big load of sugar and calories.  Then BAMMO!  Nothing happens!

Like the little boy that cried wolf.  Nobody believed him after a few times.  How do you think your body reacts…

Well lets look at the study.  I am going to translate the geek speak into good ole’ fashion Southern California English (without the “Dudes”).  For those of you who speak geek I’ve listed the studies at the bottom of the article.

So the guys in lab coats had two groups of rats (yes I know rat studies aren’t human studies, but human studies are super expensive and the funding ain’t goin’ to come from the Food Industry to put it kindly).

Anyway one group of rats is fed yogurt sweetened with old fashioned sucrose (sugar to us non geeks) the other is fed a yogurt sweetened with the artificial sweetener saccharin (the stuff in the pink paper packet, to us non-geeks.  Presumably the yellow or blue packets would have the same effect).

So these rats were on this yogurt diet for 14 days, two weeks for us non-geeks.  I’ve got to hand it to those rats, staying on an all yogurt diet for 2 weeks takes some willpower.  Sounds like something out of Hollywood, “I  LOST 857 LBS ON THE FROZEN YOGURT DIET”)

Unfortunately for the rats, they didn’t lose weight.

First of all the artificially sweetened group of rats started getting really hungry and started eating more and more over the two weeks.  So these rats ended up eating dramatically more calories than their sugar eating cousins.

Second, the “pink packet sweetener” rats gained a lot of weight, and it was all fat.

And third… Might as well save the worst for last…  drumroll please…

The artificial sweetener fed rates had a drop in core body temperature.  In English, this means there metabolism slowed way down.  There bodies stopped burning calories as well.

Conclusions:  The “Pink Packet Rats” ate more, gained more weight, ended up with more body fat, and slowed there metabolism even though…. they ate less calories!

Did you catch that last part.  They gained weight even though they ate less calories.  “DUDE that’s crazy!”

Ok I had to slip a “Dude” in there somewhere.

So the food industry is selling you stuff that makes you hungrier so you buy more of the their products.  Great business for them.

Bad for us!

And yes this applies to ALL non-nutritive sweeteners including stevia and xylitol.

Diet foods just aren’t going to help you lose weight.

If you want to lose weight fast and naturally without strict diets then you need to take on the behaviors and thought processes of a naturally thin person.

The Gastric Hypno Balloon Hypnosis Weight Loss Program automatically programs your mind to think and act like a naturally thin person all while lowering stress, increasing confidence, eliminating emotional binge eating, and teaching your mind to love to exercise…guaranteed.
